Steven is really fantastic, he isn't a snake oil sales man, but very informational and easy to have open discussions about all aspects in the car buying process. He helped us get all the bells and whistles we could have dreamed of, and made sure we got the best deal possible. He made the whole process easy and treated as like people and not another commission. We couldn't be more pleased. I made a maintenance appointment online, it was very convenient. After arriving, I was helped right away by JR. He was able to access all the information about my car. I purchased my KIA soul from Future KIA and I purchased a service package from them. The oil change and other maintenance services cost me nothing. Future Kia had been fantastic.
