Brake Warning Lights
A brake warning light will activate if your emergency brake is on or if your Clovis Kia vehicle has a serious drop in the brake system's hydraulic pressure. If it is the latter, bring your car into FUTURE KIA ASAP as your brakes could be near total failure.
Low or "Spongy" Brake Pedal
Does your brake pedal nearly touch your Kia floorboard before the brakes start working, or does your brake pedal feel "spongy?" This problem could require a simple adjustment or it may be something much more serious. Your Kerman brake warning light may or may not come on when you push the brake pedal.
Touchy Brakes
Touchy brakes, those that grab and stop with very little pedal pressure, could indicate a simple problem in Madera, like a contaminated brake lining, but could also be a very serious issue. Visit our CLOVIS brake service center to make sure you are safe driving your Kia automobile.
Brakes Pulling

Squealing Brakes

Vibration when Braking
Does your brake pedal, steering wheel or vehicle shake, vibrate, or pulsate when you apply the brakes? If you are experiencing any of the conditions above, you are probably also experiencing longer stopping distances and having a difficult time stopping if you have to slam on the brakes in your Kia vehicle. Any time you notice any of the symptoms on this list, it is a very good idea to have your brakes checked by a Clovis brake service technician. FUTURE KIA recommends that you have them inspected at least once a year even if you do not experience any negative symptoms.
